This weeks special blog is
Here is what Pam has to say about herself.
Originally from the upstate area, I have been living in the lowcountry (Charleston area) of SC for close to 30 years now. I followed my BFF from grad school down here where I met a sweet talking hottie and never looked back. I've been married for 27 years and have thoroughly enjoyed the privilege (yes, it was truly a privilege--even the teen years) of raising 4 daughters (who had the audacity to desert us for a husband, a job in the big city, and college) and being a wife to the hottie/sweet-talker (who is still a sweet talking hottie). We have just survived our very first year of having an empty nest and it was not easy. Suddenly, everything slowed down...no, it all came to a stand-still, and I found myself in the position of having to figure this empty nest thing out.
Please take a few minutes and pay Pam at Empty Nest a visit , she has some beautiful photographs of her girls and her 'hottie'!
You are so sweet! I am honored. Thank you so much!

Congratulations on surviving your first year of empty nest. I am TOTALLY NOT LOOKING forward to that (which will happen before I know it - so I'm trying to savor the time now!!! But no matter what, I know it won't be easy when my 'baby' does move out.) Hmmmm. maybe I can just hibernate during that time like the bears do!! LOL
ReplyDeleteHave a fun weekend.
