Its been a very long time since I had the time to visit Stamping Ground but I thought what better time to visit than a Wednesday!
As you can see my desk is in need of some attention! You might be able to spot my new ink pad storage units by wonderful friend Nina bought me, I'm in two minds whether to decorate them or leave them as they are. The takeaway brown bag contains lots of stamped images and odd photographs that I intend to do something with (they have been there for about 10 weeks now) I really must use or bin.
Right thats me done, I'm off to say hello to some old friends and have a good nosy at the desks of some (hopefully) new ones!

my theory is why leave something plain when you can alter it, make it prettier, and have fun at the same time! Busy looking desk. Thanks for sharing. Have a great week. Vickie #1

Love your tag banner above your desk! Nice to know I'm not the only one who keeps bits of papers and pictures. I really need to go through mine and organize and trash...but it is SO hard to part with those little bits and bobs!

I think you need to decorate them and make them a real part of your crafting space

ReplyDeleteSuch a great space! Love how you hang your tags above your area and that way you can see them and enjoy them. Congrats on the new storage! Can never have to much! Enjoy the week! Winnie#65
ReplyDeleteLove the art you have hanging in front of your desk.
ReplyDeleteIf only we crafters could be ruthless and start to use that "bin". We need one with "hoard" on it but then they may not make one big enough. Good for you if you do bin them, I have some I have had for years - out they come and back they go each time I tidy. One day ...
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting me - Hugs, Neet xx
I have to agree about our desks being so nice and "large" but we end up working in such a small space!!! LOL! My desk desperately needs cleaning. Thanks for visiting! Happy WOYWW!

Thanks for the visit to my desk. The roses are for table decor and are life size. They were worked off the EK success punch which makes little ones. I will be doing a step out rose making thing for next WOYWW as so many peeps have asked so many questions...
ReplyDeleteHi Helen, welcome back, your desk is looking very colourful, especially all those lovely tags hanging down, good to see you haven't been idle !

Love your workspace and the tags hanging above it. I smiled at the brown bag, I always seem to have a pile of odd bits n pieces that need putting somewhere ... and then I forget about them! It's a curse ... lol. Thanks for sharing and Happy Woyww. Liz 72

ReplyDeleteI would leave those little boxes as they are, but then I like wood. I wish my desk was as tidy as yours, but then I have been doing a bit too much of push it back and hope. Thank you for your visit and your kind comments. xx Maggie #9
ReplyDeleteI think I'd leave the storage for a bit and see what they tell you they want. Creative Blessings! Kelly #124
